Order Cancellation

• Property unavailability
• Errors in the property description, pricing, or listing details
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Payments

Payments for real estate transactions can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards or bank transfers. You must ensure that your payment method is valid and authorized for use.

Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to your transaction or property acquisition, including but not limited to transfer taxes, legal fees, or registration costs.

5. Content

Your Right to Post Content

You are responsible for the Content you submit to the Service, including property listings, reviews, or any other material. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content through the Service.

Content Restrictions

You may not post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations, including property rights.
• Contains defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful language or material.
• Includes false, misleading, or inappropriate information about properties or third parties.
• Includes viruses, malware, or other malicious software.

Content Backup

Although we regularly back up content, we do not guarantee that no data loss will occur. It is recommended that you maintain independent backups of any important property data.
